Fundraising at Parkway Promenade!
Hi!
Last weekend team Kono Ai and volunteers had a free sun-tanning session while we raised funds under the hot sun at Parkway Promenade!
Almost 10 Serangoon JC students volunteered on Saturday, thanks to Li Xuan who introduced them to us! 
They are certainly a bunch of entertaining group of people. Although we did not manage to sell many shirts and books we has our share of fun.
It was really tiring at the end of the day but we still smiled for the camera to capture the memories of hardwork and new friendships forged.

Kind souls bought drinks from Mos-burger and Tau Huay from the hawker. Such angels are the ones that keep the love alive in our hearts!
As a team, Kono Ai has come up with new measures to improve the sales of this week and the next. We will split into two teams to two different locations reach out to more people. This week will most probably be at Bugis and the other location still undecided.

Welcome to KonoAi’s Weblog.
We’re a team of Junior College students that aim to raise awareness and funds for the Children’s Aid Society (Melrose), a home for children whose parents are unable to provide for them, various reasons include parents serving jail term, in drug rehabiliation or bankrupt.
The children did not choose to be in a home. The little effort we put in can help the home provide them a comfortable, safe and nurturing environment to grow up in!
